About the practice
An independent Brisbane valuation practice, founded and led by Sebastian Fox.
Sebastian Fox founded the practice after a decade across property valuation and development.
The development background shows in the reports. A figure comes with a view on the asset behind it: the land, the improvements, and what a lender or a buyer will make of them.
The practice does not sell or lease property. Valuation is the whole business, so there is no commission in the answer and no side to take.
